• Prices quoted are per room per night, with a maximum occpancy of 2 persons per room, rates include breakfast.
• We reserve the right to refuse bookings for 1 night from May to September.
• Children are only accepted if old enough to have their own room, the full room rate will be charged.
• We are strictly non-smoking and do not accept pets, sorry.
• A non-refundable deposit of £20 per roomy per night is required to confirm a booking. In the case of a partial cancellation the relevant nightly deposit may be lost.
• Deposits can be charged to a credit card by phone or via our website.
